This was a lovely little restaurant that I stopped by for lunch one weekend. It’s almost easy to miss if you don’t know where to look. I came at a time of day when there were very few diners, and the only odd thing is that there was no music so the ambiance was a little like a library. The service was gentle and professional, and the most important thing, the food and wine, were all delicious. If I’m ever back in Palermo, I will without a doubt come back to Sobremesa to try some new things.

We had an exceptional dining experience at Sobremesa Ristorantino in Palermo. The food was outstanding—each dish beautifully showcased authentic Sicilian flavors with a creative, modern twist. A great place to enjoy a Sicilian dinner off the tourist track and a little more upscale. You must have a reservation as we saw at least 10 tables get turned away. We really enjoyed the street food appetizer and the vongole pasta.

We had a wonderful experience! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the staff were kind and attentive, and the food… absolutely delicious. Every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. You can tell they put a lot of care into what they do. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a memorable dining experience!

Menu is not typical Sicilian but a nice change from every other restaurant in the area. The food was great, well presented and very tasty ! Would recommend !

Easily the best food we had in Sicily—everything was super tasty and well cooked. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Only weird thing was the owner constantly hovering and telling them what to do. Kind of killed the vibe. Would be nicer if things felt a bit more chill.
